Foxtail Townhomes, managed by Greater Minnesota Management, is a privately owned and operated housing complex, conveniently located within walking distance of the Northland College campus.

Built in 1995, Foxtail Townhomes offers 40 units within a five-building complex. Each unit is designed in a townhouse style with a private entrance. Residents may choose to live in a fully-furnished three or four-bedroom unit complete with two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and laundry room. Rent includes heat, water, sewer and trash removal.
